Led the post–credit crisis transformation and digitalization of Citi and Egg.com’s savings businesses during their planned exit from the UK retail banking market.
Led the deposit discovery strategy for John Lewis Financial Services, including the execution of a retail loan note in partnership with Hotel Chocolat to support innovative customer-led funding models. Played a key role in the successful transition of Green Bee Insurance into the John Lewis Financial Services brand. Served as a strategic consultant within a team, reporting directly to chairman, Charlie Mayfield, exploring the feasibility of transforming John Lewis Financial Services into a bricks-and-mortar UK bank.
Served in multiple strategic roles, including a pivotal position on the leadership team that established the bank’s Product Office and Governance division to proactively strengthen adherence to conduct risk and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
Held multiple strategic product roles, including leading the development of the bank’s pricing model to ensure a fully compliant and seamless transition through the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).
Served on the leadership team for Lloyds VERDE Project, supporting TSB Bank UK's launch, IPO, and eventual sale to Sabadell. A complex orchestration that required precision, timing, and unwavering focus.
Founded and build a global team to launch a digital marketplace for mortgages, credit cards, and loans for everyday Canadians to get transparency within there day to day banking
Was the first Canadian Mortgage lead generation & Origination platform to tell Canadians, who is likely to accept them for lending products for free and zero impact to their personal credit profile.
Led the bank’s Product division, driving growth across deposits, lending, payments, and investment portfolios. Delivered a major transformation of the lending process, enabling digital application intake and allowing the bank to continue serving both broker and direct channels with greater speed and scale. Additionally strengthened the bank’s loss-rate strategy, empowering expansion into underserved client segments and unlocking new national growth opportunities where the bank was previously under-penetrated.
Held multiple strategic leadership roles across RBC and RBC Capital Markets globally.
Served as part of the core leadership team that launched RBC’s U.S. Cash Management division in just 10 months. This work enabled RBC to establish a modern, scalable cash management platform and positioned the bank to innovate and compete more effectively across Treasury and Cash Management in the U.S. and internationally.
